Ad-Aware Anti-Virus?

I ask this question from ''TechGuy24'' and ''Anotherfugitive''. I try to install Ad-Aware I like the program, BUT when I try and run anything it wants me to ''buy'' or ''register'', which basically says ''buy''. I do NOT know WHICH one to choose ot download that is the completely FREE one that SCANS and CLEANS. Can you help?
