Is Kaspersky anti-virus a new trojan horse?

i got two antivirus working in my pc and they are both updating... one is AVG 7.5 file server edition and the kaspersky 6.0... just this day when im having a complete test using the avg, it detected a trojan horse and the path was the kasperky 6.0! does that mean it is indeed a new trojan horse or could be the trojan horse detected by avg is actually from the vault/ quarantine of kaspersky? i cant remember exactly if there was this trojan in the kaspersky's vault for i selected the deleted tag when the warning from the avg appeared...

You shouldn't use more than one antivirus and at the bare minimum, at least don't have both actively running. When doing so, they can flag each other as malware, attempt to uninstall each other's components and generally render each ineffective thus leaving your computer even more susceptible to malware. Also it is an unnecessary drain of system rewsources. Below is a reference from Norton on the subject matter. (I know that you don't use Norton but the information applies)

You need to decide which product you want to keep and either disable or uninstall the other.

You should update to Kaspersky 7.0

And you shouldnt be using 2 antivirus programs at once.
Trojans copies all your files, the trojan has probably copied kasperky,
