Your computer has a serious Smitfraud infection. You usually need to use a specialised removal tool such as the free SmitFraudFix:

Almost all ''general purpose, all-in one'' spyware and virus removal programs such as AVG, Norton, or Spybot S %26 D cannot remove it.

No Norton will screw your computer up and does not currently have automated removal tools for most software.
