I changed my spyware to CA because trend allowed me to get CRYP_tac-2. After a system re-install, everything is ok., except now I can' watch shows only on the abc site. I have the plug in installed, I've been through their troubleshooting steps numerous times. All my settings are correct. When I trouble shoot, I get all the way to the, 'do you see a big picture or a small one?' window. I see no picture, and it just stops there. If I try to watch a show, everything loads and a window pops up that says, "ERROR, video temporarily unavailable try again later" yet I can watch on my neighbors computer. I can't get through to their tech support. All the other network sites are fine. Can anyone help me? I missed 'gray's anatomy'!

Maybe your firewall is on, if so turn it off. I dunno if its helpful
