No. They can cause conflicts and lock up your PC. It is best to only run one at a time. You can have both, but only have one active at a time.
Would it be wise to run avg anti virus and avast anti virus at the same time and if not why?antivirus software
It is my belief that by using two anti virus programmes together you will encounter problems there is a good chance that they will conflict with each other
Would it be wise to run avg anti virus and avast anti virus at the same time and if not why?computer virus
Don't use two anti-virus software at the same time.
I read many review that says that Avast can find more viruses than AVG. and from my own experience I have found that Avast is much better.
I agree with the others....You can run EACH separately at separate times...
You can use AVG by Grisoft to monitor your computer while your surfing or downloading email, it is a better program. I had it and I liked it....but they NAGGED me for money daily!
That hacks me off....
So, I went to the web, compared Anti-Virus software and %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;BitDefender%26lt;%26lt; was the highest ranked, WITH the BEST PRICE!
And I bought it....It's so Seamless I don't even know it's working in the background until I hit a website that TRYS to install spyware/worms etc.... Then it just pops up a few boxes stating it blocked it....
